2 Timothy 3:16 All Scripture is God-breathed...

2 Timothy 3:16 All Scripture is God-breathed and profitable for teaching, for conviction, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.
Every word in the Bible are the words given to us by God. In the span of 1600 years, the Bible, consisting of 66 books, was written by about 40 different people. However, although written by a number of persons, every word that comes out from the Bible is the Word of God. Meaning that it was the man writing the words, but it was not their words but God speaking through them.

The Bible refers to God's breathing several times as
the breath of life. God's breathing brings forth life.
Genesis 2:7 Jehovah God formed man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and man became a living soul.
The resurrected Christ, God as the Holy Spirit, dispenses his life supply through His words. This is of spiritual breathing that gives us life to a dead world, and enlivens us.
John 20:22 And when He said this, He breathed into them and said to them, Receive the Holy Spirit.
So therefore, if the Scripture is God-breathed, then the Word also shall bring life. To say that all Scripture is God-breathed is to say that the Bible is the breath, the breathing out, of the very God who is Spirit. God breathed Himself out, and this breathing out of God is the Bible. (Teachers' Training p.11)
Matthew 4:4 But He answered and said, It is written, "Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that proceeds out through the mouth of God."
The Bible is the breathing out of God, thus it has the element of God. This element of God, is our source of life, our life supply, our food so that we can continue living in the Spirit, living in God. When we come to the Word, we gain the element of God, we touch God, we taste God through his God-breathed word. He breathes into us, life! What a wonderful Christian life this is!

But it doesn't stop there. When we truly believe unto Him and are touched by Him, our reading of the Bible should become a kind of inhaling. To take in the Word and be nourished and supplied the life of God through the Spirit. Our teachings and preaching, should become a kind of exhaling. When the words that flow out of our mouth are no longer ours but His. He speaks through us, his people, and we share in the divine dispensing of our Lord, Jesus Christ.

James 1:17 All good givings and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variation or shadow cast by turning.
